Universidad Nacional del Litoral in Argentina has about 50.000 students and 2.400 academic staff, and it is placed 7th in scientific production among the 50 public universities. I hold an administrative position as Chair of the Office of Science and Technology. From this spot I work to include the gender dimension in the design and implementation of S&T policies.
